A qualification should be read with its scope, its issuing body and its period of validity.

  1. Our guarantees, level by level.

    Each level rests on the one below: our insurance, our refrigerant handling certificate, our qualifications, then the grants they open up to our customers. Scroll down: the pyramid opens up, layer by layer.

  2. Our insurance

    Professional liability insurance covers our work; ten-year (décennale) insurance covers our installations for ten years after handover. Both are currently valid.

  3. Refrigerant handling

    Our category I refrigerant handling certificate authorises us to work on the refrigerants of all equipment: commissioning, maintenance, leak checks and recovery.

  4. Qualibat and RGE

    Qualibat certifies the expertise of a building contractor; the RGE label is added for energy renovation work. Our application is being updated.

  5. Grants for our customers

    Using an RGE-certified company is one of the conditions for our customers to apply for MaPrimeRénov', CEE bonuses or the zero-interest eco-loan, depending on their work and circumstances.

  6. The pyramid is taking shape.

    Our qualification file is being updated: Qualibat and RGE will be shown here as soon as they are confirmed, with their issuing body, scope and period of validity.

Qualibat

The French building trades qualification body. A Qualibat qualification certifies, for a specific activity, the company's skills and resources, checked on the basis of a file.

RGE

“Recognised Guarantor of the Environment”. This label, issued by an accredited body (QualiPAC from Qualit'EnR for heat pumps, Qualibat), gives our customers access to MaPrimeRénov', CEE energy bonuses and the zero-interest eco-loan.

The Qualibat and RGE qualifications will be added with their scope and period of validity once the documents have been checked. They can also be checked, without any document, in the official Qualibat and France Rénov' directories.
