What the rules say.

Leak checks

Leak checks are mandatory when the equipment contains at least 5 tonnes CO2 equivalent of refrigerant (EU Regulation 2024/573, article 5). The technician works this out from the charge shown on the rating plate.

Questionsaboutmaintenance.

Request a site survey →
What are my obligations for air conditioning installations?

Above a certain amount of refrigerant, a periodic leak check is mandatory and must be carried out by a company holding the refrigerant handling certificate. We track these deadlines in the contract and hand you the documents.

We have several sites: how does that work?

One shared contract, visits coordinated site by site and a history for each unit, with a single point of contact for everything.

Do you take over equipment maintained by another contractor?

Yes. We start with a site survey: inventory, condition of the equipment, existing documents. You then know exactly what is up to date and what needs attention.
