Discuss my project →Installing air conditioning that changes the outside appearance of the building must be approved by the general meeting, by a majority of the votes of all co-owners (law of 10 July 1965, article 25, b).

No. Exposure, insulation, ceiling height, glazing and how the room is used matter just as much. That's why we assess on site before recommending any equipment.
Installing an outdoor unit on the façade or the roof usually requires the co-owners' approval. We help you prepare a clear application to present at the general meeting.
A split remains the most efficient and quietest solution. A through-wall unit makes sense when no outdoor unit is possible: a protected façade, co-owners who refuse, no balcony or courtyard. We advise you once we have seen photos of your home.
When the top of the wall isn't available (beams, storage, a sloping ceiling), to replace a radiator under a window, or if heating is your main need: a console spreads warmth at floor level.
A few details are enough and we will call you back; the online configurator (optional) lets you detail your project.
Describe your business and your equipment: we will offer a visit and a proposal suited to your sector and your size.
